Structural or Foundation Inspections

We have been providing structural inspections since 2007.

• Structural Inspections – We have inspected structures as small as decks and gazebos, to large manufactrung facilities and Data centers. Our experience in determining the structural adequacy of existing structures and recommending modifications, and our extensive experience with design of new structures and rehabilitation designs of old structures may be of great worth to you.
• Foundation Inspections – Often lenders need foundation inspections provided by professional engineers to offer their clients mortgage financing or re-financing. We have ground penetrating radar tools that allow us to locate rebar in new and old concrete up to 8 inches deep. With these tools, and analysis tools we can determine the capacity of an existing footing or foundation wall. We can also determine if a structure is adequate after settling of the foundation has occured. Before you have expensive foundation repairs done, please give us a call.
